Are Lyme Disease and HIV both escaped Bioweapons from CIA/Nazi Scientists?

‘First of all, you can read the book Bitten, and it’s a great book. When the Nazi war criminal doctors were executed in Nuremberg, at least one of them was spared and brought to the United States so that he could, you know, his mind could be used by the US military for so-called biodefense,’ explained Makary. ‘And they put him on Plum Island. And he had said very openly that he believed an incredible form of biowarfare was infecting ticks. And that that’s what Lyme disease is.’

Makary went on to suggest that only about 1% of doctors know the truth about Lyme Disease and where it originated.”

Many posts on Facebook add that new “FDA Commissioner Dr. Marty Makary has presented compelling evidence challenging the long-held official origins of both HIV/AIDS and Lyme disease in a detailed interview linked to the new documentary Thank You, Dr. Fauci.

Regarding HIV/AIDS, Dr. Makary states that the virus most likely originated from a laboratory incident in Africa during the Cold War era. He cites extensive U.S.-funded primate research programs in the Congo and other regions throughout the 1950s and 1960s, where scientists were actively working with simian viruses that closely match HIV strains. Early cases appeared in cities with these research facilities, not in remote hunter communities as the bushmeat theory claims. Makary notes that for decades, questioning the natural-origin story was career-ending in public health circles, despite growing genetic and epidemiological inconsistencies.

On Lyme disease, Makary directly connects its sudden appearance in 1975 to the U.S. government’s Plum Island Animal Disease Center, located just miles across Long Island Sound from Lyme,CT. The facility was home to Erich Traub, the former head of Nazi Germany’s leading bioweapons laboratory on Riems Island, who was brought to the United States under Operation Paperclip.

Traub led experiments there involving ticks deliberately infected with rickettsial and spirochetal pathogens, including outdoor releases on the island. Declassified documents confirm that Borrelia burgdorferi, the Lyme bacterium, was among the agents studied and that containment breaches occurred repeatedly. The first human cases exploded in communities directly downwind and down-current from Plum Island that same decade.

Dr. Makary’s closing point is stark: “Just because we have the technological capability to manipulate pathogens doesn’t mean we should.”
