People who touched these blobs reported vertigo, dizziness, blurred vision, nausea, and difficulty breathing.  By the end it seems pretty clear that US citizens were treated like lab rats.  The video above mentions two strains of disease/bacteria found in the gel.  Another video on this mentions human white blood cells found in the samples - samples which went missing from the lab with a message to stop investigating.  The gel was considered an artificial matrix meant to contain and disperse the biological agents inside - muck like gel-cap pills.  Yet another video says that although the first event of falling gel blobs was August 7, 1994 - it happened 5 more times over Oakville.  Could chemtrail experiments involve efforts to make these unnoticably small - because big jelly balls get attention - but big molecules that don't stick together could be dispersed without anyone knowing.  Imagine if something deadlier is used someday - on a larger scale - when the population requires elimination.
