Are they that trigger-happy everywhere, or are we being prepared to accept the idea that North Korea will really launch something at us? When the market finally nose-dives they'll want a distraction, something to blame - if there isn't a big enough war in the Middle East maybe they'll engineer a distraction with North Korea. Though with Saudi/Iran conflict increasing through Yemen, elite Chinese special forces arriving in Syria, and US aircraft carriers headed to Taiwan - we hardly need to work at starting wars - they'll start somewhere soon enough.
