Greenpeace Founder Says Global Warming is a Hoax
I had a post about a week ago titled: Global Warming is a Hoax - quoting financial analyst Doug Casey and E.B. Tucker... I've also quoted economist Martin Armstrong expressing similar views, including the post titled: Global Warming Distracts From Pole Shift Evidence. Now Zerohedge.com posted an article titled:
Global Warming A "Hoax And Scam" Pushed By Greedy Government Scientists: Greenpeace Co-Founder
The co-founder and former president of Greenpeace, Patrick Moore, says that climate change is a "complete hoax and scam," which has been "taking over science with superstition and a kind of toxic combination of religion and political ideology."
The Greenpeace co-founder's message echoes that of John Coleman, the late Weather Channel founder who called global warming "the greatest scam in history."
According to Moore, the climate change movement has co-opted and corrupted politicians and bureaucracies in order to exert further control over people, Moore explained - noting that "green" companies only exist on the back of taxpayers."
Now carbon dioxide emissions are something that can be taxed - and money can be redirected to "green" companies (at politicians' choosing) to build "clean" equipment whether economical or not. It has become one more way to redistribute wealth.
I (and Martin Armstrong) would also point out - it deflects blame and hinders understanding of the real cause of global warming - natural cycles in the Earth and the sun. As Armstrong said months ago: "It is preventing real research into what is going on and are we in the early stages of a pole shift." Hiding this truth may be more important than tax revenues from pollution.
