Obama Refuses to Refer to Turkey's Extermination of 1.5 Million Armenians as Genocide

And why would he?  That would be like using the phrase "Islamic Terrorism" which he can't seem to do.  Some argue Obama won't use the word genocide in reference to Turks killing Armenians because it would offend an ally.  Just consider Israel, and remember he doesn't mind offending allies.  I think it boils down to - Muslims ethnically cleansed their nation of Christians.  Now shut up and forget about it.  Because acknowledging that would make people compare to what is happening now in the Middle East.

"Armenian-American leaders, hopeful that the 100th anniversary and recent support for their view from Pope Francis, were dejected on Tuesday.

“This is a betrayal of the truth, a betrayal of trust, a disgraceful national surrender to a foreign gag order being imposed by the government of Turkey,” said Aram Hamparian, executive director of the Armenian National Committee of America, who attended the White House meeting."

The Turks committed Genocide under the cover of WWI, when there was no risk of major peacekeeping nations stepping in to interfere - all of them were already at war.  Germany used the cover of WWII to perpetrate the Holocaust, when everyone was already at war and the Jews could expect no help.  I wonder what kind of ethnic cleansing and genocide is likely when WWIII is underway?

The Bible warns of the persecution of Christians, by an enemy who will behead them, during Armageddon.  We already see it starting, yet America, Britain, and the rest of the world do almost nothing.  There is no outrage.
