Russian Bully Putin Threatens Europe

Obama isn't going to act tough where it would be effective against ISIS or Iran, but he has to act tough somewhere to pretend he isn't all about reducing America's power and influence in the world, so he wastes effort in Eastern Europe, where no one will allow it to grow into WWIII, yet it boosts Putin's ability to justify more militarism because the US is putting more material into Eastern Europe. So nothing is done to ISIS or Iran, and nothing effective is done near Ukraine, where feeble US action is all for show and in the end Putin and Russia will emerge stronger.
