What Did Laura Bush See? What Was In The Envelopes At The Funeral?

Millions of people noticed that at the funeral of President Bush (Sr.) in December, Hillary, Obama, and many other high ranking politicians got a surprise envelope in their program.  Judging from their reactions (especially Jeb Bush's) the message must be pretty bad news for them - unless they were actors putting on a dog and pony show for our benefit.  Some think the swamp will actually be drained soon and that many high ranking politicians traitors - previously treated as if they were "above the law" - will finally be punished for their many crimes.  Another theory has the suggestion that George W. Bush (Jr.) already knew the message, and handed it to Laura at the funeral:
