I have warned for decades that major countries have been working on biological weapons that target "ethnic features" - DNA-based genetic phenotypes - to kill enemy populations with targeted viruses attacking various body parts with traits common in enemy populations but rare at home. For example China could target traits such as blue eyes, blonde hair, or dark skin. America could target traits common in China, Russia, and other potential enemy nations.
