The Action Lab gave a presentation on how 3D objects appear to a 2-dimensional "flatlander" and how 4D objects would appear to us in 3 dimensions. They also explained how a 4D being would be able to see inside 3D objects and know everything about them, all the time. This is good stuff just for the physics perspective.
