I usually make much tougher predictions based on analysis of prophecy. Sadly, this prediction seems EASY. Puerto Rico has almost no electricity. Relief efforts are slow. Food supplies are low, fresh water is hard to find. Utilities are destroyed. Everything unsanitary washes downstream, and people are drinking contaminated water because there is nothing else. This is not my first post on the subject, yet I expect everyone to be surprised if things get really bad. Plagues like cholera and diphtheria could show up soon.
