Video: Discussion with Robert Felix on Ice Ages and Magnetic Reversals
In my recent book on POLE SHIFTS, one of my conclusions is that Ice Ages happen when a region is at one of the poles - there was an ice age in North America that ended around 12,900 years ago because the North Pole was in western Hudson Bay before it suddenly moved to its present position.
Antarctica has an ice age now because it is at the South Pole - but evidence shows it was habitable not that long ago. Pole shifts, geophysical pole shifts with the crust moving over the core of the planet, relocating everyone - everywhere - simultaneously bringing every land to a new latitude and longitude (and altitude) - these coincide with magnetic pole shifts - probably because when the outside crust of the earth moves over the inside
that generates the magnetic field - it seems to observers on the ground that the magnetic field is shifting beneath them. For a long time mankind thought the Sun moved around the Earth because that is how it appears. We now know the opposite is correct. Likewise, evidence teaches us that a crustal displacement - a geophysical pole shift - would appear to cause a magnetic pole shift.
Robert Felix sees the connection between ice ages and magnetic pole shifts and sudden leaps in evolution. He sees the periodic and predictable cycle of ice ages linked to the cycle of precession of the equinoxes. But like blaming a runny nose on a cold without considering the virus that causes it, he doesn't go the extra step to acknowledge geophysical pole shifts. It's still nice to see another scientist making progress down the right path, linking ice ages and pole shifts....
