Lenin once said that “the capitalists will sell us the rope with which we hang them.” If America still had true capitalism and true democracy, we would be extremely strong - but one of the few weaknesses of a true capitalist democracy with all the freedoms of the US Constitution is that it does leave itself open to those who wish to destroy it from within.
